  7. This paste is the latest information on Rural area damage and ways to help outside Moore, in places like Newcastle, Wellston, Luther, Shawnee and Carney. All these cities were heavily damaged but are rural, so get less attention.

  27. Donors to the Oklahoma Blood Institute provide every drop of blood needed by patients in all metro-Oklahoma City hospitals and 140 others across the state. Anyone 16 years or older and in good health can generally donate blood. Those with O-negative and Rh-negative blood types are most needed.

  219. • Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort. This Nashville, Tenn.-based ministry has sent a relief shipment to the Lakeview Church of Christ in Shawnee, Okla., to assist with relief efforts there.

  221. • Churches of Christ Disaster Response Team. This ministry has representatives on the way to Moore to assess needs. The ministry plans to work with the Oakcrest Church of Christ.

  223. • Disaster Assistance CoC, supported by Churches of Christ, is sending a representative to Moore to assess needs. The ministry continues to serve meals to volunteers and people in need in the disaster-hit Texas cities of West and Cleburne.
