[b]In detail, describe yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff and what activities you're involved in within CIT (group participation, bug reports, favourite jobs, etc):[/b] My name is Hane, I'm a 17 years old guy who was born in Syria, Aleppo. I am currently living in Sweden, Jonkoping because of the war that is going on in Syria, I live in an apartment with my mother. my sister has her own house and my father is still in Syria. so I'm the only one using this computer.

I'm in the 10th grade, I was supposed to be in the last year of high school now but because I moved to Sweden and I have to learn Swedish, I must waste 3 years. I can speak Arabic, English and I'm currently learning Swedish as I said, I'm doing pretty good. I can now understand the speaking and talk, but for sure it's not very good yet.

I joined a lot of groups before and I was known as a ganghooper, after I joined SWAT the first time, I loved everything and everyone but sadly I left the group in order to get back to the criminal life. However, I missed SWAT like 1 week after leaving the group and as such I decided to apply again for the SWAT team after some time. In that day I joined back, I swore to myself that I would be loyal and never leave the group again. I did not do it and I do not plan to do it

My current rank is second sergeant, which is considered such a good rank and I'm thankful and proud for reaching it, the current duties I take care of are: making trainings, help SWAT members and moderate the Swedish forum board and xvtt_Agency board.

Around 2 years ago, I went to Egypt, Cairo for vacation. When I went there, I noticed that most of the people in the caffe nets were playing CIT. I didn't want to try it at first but after I got bored from playing other games, me and my friend decided to try it. We opened it and joined a random 'Play' game mode server, we enjoyed it at first. The fact that we could play GTA SA multi player together was really interesting. After some time, we got bored, we could spawn whatever we wanted, get the weapons we wanted and the player count was really low.

The next day, I got GTA SA and downloaded MTA, I joined the server with the highest player count, CIT, when I first joined I understood nothing, me and my cousin started to discover CIT and I saw the pilot job, I took the job and started working, my biggest goal was to buy a Super-GT, which costed around 75k back then and after some hard work, I managed to buy it, I was really happy, driving it around the map and discovering new places but after a while, I stopped driving it because I was afraid of breaking it and having to fix it all over again, and I went back to work as a pilot.

After some time working as a pilot I joined a gang and started to turf, I liked turfing. I started leaving a group and joining another, I used to get punished a lot, without even knowing that I'm being punished. I noticed that everyone were telling me that I must apply on forum in order to join their group, and so did I, I made a forum account and applied for GHoST, my first forum group.

Nothing interesting happened to me in my gameplay to talk about, overall, I'm a friendly and helpful player, I respect everyone in the server, from the staff team to the newest player in the community, everyone deserve to have a fair and fun gameplay and that what I try my best to do, I always try to help as much players as possible and be friendly with anyone, even the ones that try to provoke me, I prefer to ignore the ones that provoke/flame me instead of even reporting them, I didn't report anyone for years because I don't feel happy when someone get punished, I know that one day that person will become mature and hope that he didn't do what he did.

I'm not a rulebreaker, I respect the rules so much and I try my best to teach my newbie[size=8pt][i](new to the community)[/i][/size] friends to respect them and my SWAT team mates, whenever I see someone arguing with a player I teach them to ignore them because arguing will get them no where, I haven't been warned on forum from a long time and I never got muted on forum, in the last 1 and a half year, I got 1 [url=http://cit2.net/index.php?topic=141631.msg1878172#msg1878172]punishment[/url] which was because of a mistake that I did because of a moment of immaturity, I always avoid playing CIT when I'm in a bad mood to not do bad things or make people around me uncomfortable.

I always report the bugs that I find and keep suggesting useful stuff, more than 6 of my suggestions and 1 game review got added to the server. I always try to give my opinion in the discussions and be a person that likes to solve the problems that I don't like instead of complaining and whining about them.

I feel that I reached the top of the mountain after reaching 3,000 playtime, I've no more goals to reach and I would like to become a staff member to help the players and the community.

[u]For these questions imagine you're a trial staff and therefore only have access to minor punishments like admin jail and mute, what do you think would be an appropriate action in the below circumstances[/u]
[b]I think somebody is cheating so I:[/b] I would make sure that he's cheating and gather enough evidences that the player is cheating then inform a higher ranked staff to take actions as I don't have access to punish him/her.
[b]A player is shouting for help in main chat so I:[/b] I would help the player and tell him to use the support chat if he/she needed help in the future.
[b]A player insults me so I:[/b] I won't take any actions and I'll ignore the player like I always do as being a staff doesn't make me more special than the normal players but I'll only punish the player if I felt offended.
[b]A player asks me to give them some money so I:[/b] If the player asked me for a small amount of money I will give him/her as I'm always willing to help the players in need, but in case they asked for a big price I would tell them to work for it.
[b]Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I:[/b] I inform a higher ranked staff about him/her and I take some evidences such as screenshots in case the player appealed his punishment later and if there was no higher ranked staff available/online I jail the player for enough time until I manage to contact with a higher ranked staff member.
[b]I have found a bug which gives free money so I:[/b] I immediately report it to the highest ranked staff member available or developer In-game, IRC or on forum.
