Removed all the goofy text that was put into the quest book because of encoding changes.

Resource pack Stuff:
Added Antique atlas resource pack for colored maps.

Config changes:
You don't need to hold the atlas for the mini map to show up anymore. Anywhere in the hotbar works.
Removed Dynamic lighting when light items are held.
Changed matchbox durability to 32.
Added matchbox starting fires in world.
Removed Flint & Steel from tumbleweed drop table.
Reduced tumbleweed spawn rate from 50% to 20%.
Added sand and red sand to tumbleweed drop table.
Increased Spider health by 100%.
Increased Spider move speed by 10%.
