Bio:
Nephew of late August Descartes and current boss of Descartes Trading Company. Orphaned at young age - his parents died on the sea during a storm - he was taken by his uncle, taught writing, reading, mathematics, then economy and appraisal and all other skills needed to make Julian a trader.

Currently eighteen and single, the young lad is known for being kind-hearted yet courageous at times and even foolishly brave in rare instances. As much as he puts friendships and honour above everything else, his desire to obtain wealth is as usual as in any other merchant.
