Hi, I was sent over here from a different chat I was just having with virgin. Aparently the 2ac router has a problem that is not going to be fixed in the near future, and they wont fix my internet therefore unless i upgrade the router. Just wondering- is there a way I can upgrade the router from 2ac to something newer without having to buy a whole different package for example? And at what cost would a newer model of the router cost?
