Common Questions.

Q. Where is our guild?

A. Ship 4, Block 42. Blocks are changeable, ships are not.

Q. How do I get a guild invite?

A. Several people can invite, the one I know of is Kaguya, Udongein, Kritzinger, 乃画, Livna. Add someone as a friend and he'll contact you.

Q. How do I add someone as a friend?

A. Go to the terminal with a purpleish "?" icon. Select the 4th option then the first, type in the name of the person. Click okay then select the name from the list and choose the second last option.
They will get a message alerting them you wish to be friends, you can do this even when they are offline.

Q. How do I get into CB.

A. You need someone to send you an invite, post your e-mail in this thread and ask for one. From the invite email you will get a code that you need to input following a link in that e-mail. You must have a SEGA ID first.

Q. How do I get a SEGA ID?

A. Go here.

When you go to the registration page, input your e-mail in the yellow box. You will receive an authentication e-mail, click the link and follow the registration process. If you need help use Babelfish or Google translate.

Q. I registered but I can't log in.

A. Your SEGA ID will ALWAYS be in lowercase, even if you used upper case when you signed up. Eg. "Derek" will become "derek".
If you still have trouble logging in, make sure you have authenticated your SEGA ID for Closed Beta using the invite code from the e-mail. You MUST be authenticated to log into the CB page and to download the client.

Q.How do I type the Moonrunes for the verification?

A. It should only be Katakana, so use this.

Q. When I try to register it says I need a Japanese enabled browser.

A. Firefox: Tools> Content Tab> Languages "choose" Button> Select Japanese from the drop-down box> Add> Move to top of list.
IE: Tools> Internet Options> General Tab> Languages button> Add> Select Japanese> Move to top of list.
Chrome: Wrench Icon> Settings> Under the Hood> Language and Spell Checker> Add> Japanese> Move to top of list.

Q. Game is laggy, can't connect, error 601 when logging in, allot of DCs.

A. Pretty common ATM, the servers are having some issues and go down for maintenance pretty often. Error 601 is a problem server side, keep trying to log in a few times, if it doesn't work try again later.

Q. Game keeps crashing (Character creator, loading screen, ect.)

A. This MAY be an issue with your graphic card(s). Update your drivers and/or set graphics setting to 1 (minimum) or switch to using simple shaders instead of standard VIA the launcher's config menu.
If you're getting random/frequent crashes and are using windows Aero, disable it.
