[b]Summary of Incident:[/b]
[spoiler]**05-ADAM-80 started the pursuit with the grey 2003 BMW E39 530i with plates "SB5 7994" after it seems like the driver is stopping after being hailed by officer Hennessy in the passenger seat. He takes off through Idlewood in a totally reckless manner, endangering multiple civilians and hitting various lampposts and bus stops. As he gets rammed by detective Banisadr at Glen Park, sergeant Woods and the detective block in the vehicle. Suspect was not complying throughout the entire scene, the suspect refused to turn the engine off and kept on trying to ram his way out of the box formed by the cruisers. Detective Banisadr did not identify himself as a law enforcement officer, even though he was in a marked vehicle which was not a detective bureau vehicle. He had his firearm drawn and aimed at the suspect. He also shot two of the suspect's tires. The suspect continues to move his vehicle, managing to push our (5-A-80's) vehicle back, almost hitting my legs. I have my sights on the target and squeeze the trigger in order to neutralize the suspect. The suspect was taken to the hospital and received surgery. (( It was a PK situation. )).**[/spoiler]
