Drafting is normally done via xbl messages but sometimes is also done over skype or the competitive discord (https://discord.gg/0xsDALv8vvgiVHyy)

Small note: Competitive settings are pretty much set but the one thing that needs more testing is Gear. There has been word that we may get preset gear loadouts for competitive play, but that is down the road when GBOX officially supports comp play. For now though there are too many rng elements with gear.
