  1. The N-body Survey Of Star System Orbits Generated Randomly Experiment (Nosossogre)
  2.
  3. Many studies regarding the orbital dynamics study the stability of systems which may exist in the real world, the formation of them through N-body simulators, or the stability of various unnatural edge cases such as planet rings and retrograde planetary orbits. Not Nosossogre. Nosossogre intends to study systems that have been randomly generated through various programs and systems, and a few fictional systems.
  4.
  5. Method One: Space Engine.
  6. We will study the stability of 20 random solar systems generated by Space Engine.
  7.
  8. Method Two: Accrete.
  9. 10 systems modeled by the Accrete simulator, which simulates gas and dust disks and the accretion of planetecimals.
  10.
  11. Method Three: World Generation. (http://sol.trisen.com/downloads/wg.pdf)
  12. 10 systems modeled by dice rolls using this generator will be studied.
  13.
  14. Method Four: Basic Random Generator.
  15. Random number 1-30: Choose orbital semi-major-axis in au.
  16. Random number 0.01-1000: Choose mass in Earth masses.
  17. Random number 0.08-2: Choose star mass in solar masses.
  18. Random number 0-0.3: Choose planet eccentricity.
  19. Random number 6-20: Choose number of planets.
  20.
  21. 10 random solar systems created with this super simple method will have the stability of their generated orbits studied.
