  1. Hello everyone,
  2.
  3. It has now time for me to fully resign my position as staff in the community. It has been a roller-coaster ride for 11 months I was staff starting with Support Team. I have had good times and some bad times but will always remember this place and all the friends that I made while being here.

  5. The staff team has been on a downward spiral for the last few weeks and everyone knows it, whether you choose to admit it or not. I have worked my ass off for this community and get nothing but grief and a headache from other staff members complaining because they didn’t get a promotion or something didn’t go in their favor. Do you realize that my position is the hardest one of them all and not anyone can handle that position? Sure, you will replace me and put someone in that position that you feel is confident enough in taking the position but let’s be honest how long will it take until the staff team loses confidence in that person and does the same thing. I’m sorry if you lost confidence in me, but there is only so much I can do when I’m the only Senior Staff around all the time and has the balls to tackle the difficult issues and not worry about any push back or negative comments that I may receive from my actions. I don’t think you realize how many friends I have lost because of my position but I did it for YOU and the COMMUNITY. To the remaining Senior Staff stop changing things in the community for your own gain, but rather change things for the better being of the community.

  9. Read that statement above that Chuck posted a few weeks ago. That should mean something to the staff team as it did when I started out in the staff team. Did you think that I bitched and complained when I was the only Administrator doing work and got looked over for promotions? No. The reason I have over 5,000 posts is because I worked my ass off as an Administrator knowing that one day I would get the promotion when I deserved it. But yet I have topics posted about me because I stay in a “Working Channel” in TeamSpeak with only Senior Administrators or higher able to join. Sorry, but I have to quote Nadal “Are you serious?” Sorry, I had to surround myself by people that are not negative and complain to me all the time or other people behind my back. I have had enough and again one of the reasons I have decided to resign from the community as staff.

  11. I hope I made a difference to the people in the community including the staff team here at Life Studios. A lot of people will be glad to see that Colten is gone from the staff team considering most think I make biased decisions and only hire and promote staff members because they suck my dick. Honestly I don’t really care. I have overcome adversities in my life and don’t really have the time to deal with any drama that the staff team will start in Slack or in the channels they hide in within TeamSpeak. So let the DRAMA and shit talking begin. Just remember that if you really feel that way about me, maybe next time say it to me in TeamSpeak instead of whispering behind my back.

  15. This was a very hard decision for me to come too and I hope that the rest of the community doesn’t lose faith in the community and staff team after I leave. With that being said, this will be my last post as a Head Administrator, Executive Operations Officer, and Head of Support.
