- Reset Internet Settings.
- I would advice you to try Resetting your Internet settings.

- 2. Then go to select either option 1 or option 2 depending on your OS and preferences.
- 3. Then set the Category to Connectivity/Performance Issues and the Issue to Connectivity/Latency.
- 2. Flush and Reset DNS Cache.

- 5. Power Cycle a Modem and Router
- 1. Ask the customer to unplug their modem and router for one minute.
- 2. After one minute has passed, ask the customer to plug back in the modem.
- 3. Next, have them plug the router back in.
- 4. Ask the customer to reboot their system (PC or console).
- 5. Then have them try logging into the game or service again.
