Rules

General Rules List
1. Third Party Applications are not permitted
2. Do not abuse any exploits or glitches
3. Do not randomly kill another player (Random deathmatch / RDM)
3A. If your in an area with lots of shooting going on acting as a bystander, expect to shot be stray bullets
4. Do not metagame (Use information from OOC or another third party tool, excluding the official POG TeamSpeak)
4A. Metagaming includes the scoreboard
4B. Voice Chat is considered IC (Even through walls)
4C. Shooting a player to see if they are Allies is not permitted
4D. Names above heads are considered IC
4E. Titles above heads are considered OOC
4F. Anything jutting out of a wall, such as guns or sparks are considered IC (Learn to hide your shit)
4G. Do not speak of IC things in OOC and vice-versa
5. Do not spam anything, ex. props, chat, camera flash, etc..
5A. You are permitted to play music, unless a person complains then you must stop (any time period)
6. Show respect to other players (Don't flame/insult)
7. Racism is tolerated
8. There is no such thing as administrator disrespect, it would be considered just disrespect.
9. Use common sense
10. Don't randomly jump around not RPing
11. Do not randomly assault players for no reason
12. Do not abuse your props (climbing/killing/surfing/blocking)
12A. You may propblock as long as there is another entrance to the location (Applies to homes/buildings only)
12B. You may not switch these propblocked locations
12C. Prop Tunnels and Mazes are not permitted
12D. No Invisible / Dark / Hard to see Crouch Entrances
12E. Entrance must be clearly visible
12F. You cannot block any of the connecting tunnels to other districts, even if there is another way around.
12G. You cannot no-collide a prop and use it as a shield
12H. Do not climb to the Top of the Nexus or roofs of skyscrapers
13. Do not try to intentionally get wanted
14. Doornames and Players names are considered IC
15. Do not kill yourself to avoid a RP situation
16. Do not demote someone for a false claim/reason
16A. Do not demote someone because they demoted you (contact an administrator)
17. Abide by New Life Rule (Do not return or effect the locaton of your death for 2 minutes)
17A. If you kill someone and then you run into them somewhere else on the map then NLR will no longer apply to them
17B. If you start firing on them again or commit an illegal crime directly influencing them, then NLR will no longer apply to them
18. Do not use all caps in OOC
18A. Do not scream RDM / Random Demote or something of the like, ask for an admin, nicely
19. Do not powergame (Create an RP excuse/situation in which the other person has no possible chance of going against your words)
19A. Ex. You cannot say you lost your arrest baton/unarrest baton, You cannot say you lost your agenda, etc..
19B. You cannot force a player to do something near impossible (Ex. /me takes all of his weapons; even if you do a roll)
20. Building while fighting is commenced is permitted (You cannot use your prop as a shield, all props must remain stationery)
21. You may only knock down props during a warrant if they are directly in your way or are acting as a shield
22. You cannot demote someone and then take/setup a vote for their job (Job stealing)
23. You are allowed a maximum of 1 fading door for any property
23A. You can only have 1 keypad per fading door
23B. The keypad must be clearly visible, reachable, and at least 5 feet to the door
23C. You cannot spam open/close your fading door
23D. Once the fading door has been cracked open, it remains open until the end of the raid/fight or for 3 minutes
24. You must place a button next to the fading door, which opens it.
24A. Fading doors must be clearly visible and not transparent
25. KOS Signs are not permitted, nor are KOS areas permitted
26. Military arms dealer cannot affiliate themselves exclusively with a mafia
27. Hits are not permitted unless you use the integrated hit system
28. You can propblock a microwave
29. The owner of the front door of a property has the rights to the rest of the property/doors
30. Do not use your Car/Vehicle as a weapon (CDM), you must stop for people at crosswalks/intersections
30A. Do not randomly blow up another players vehicle
31. You cannot scam people in gambling games
32. If someone pays you for something, you must complete it, such as purchasing a weapon
32A. If you purchase a weapon but its stolen by another person, it is not the dealers fault
33. If you stand in the middle of the street, expect to be run over
34. If you hit someone on the side walk because you couldn't control your car, its considered CDM
35. You cannot use your vehicle to reach areas, this will be considered prop climb
36. You cannot sell your job for anything

Government Officials
2-1. Any Government Official (on a government job) cannot possess Printers/Illegal items
2-2. You must have a warrant to search a person's home
2-2A. Once you have a warrant, you can warrant any other door in the property, as they are part of the main property
2-3. Government officials are permitted to weapon check anyone in a government owned building
2-3A. You may also check anyone that is in a home that has a search warrant
2-3B. You CANNOT randomly weapon check someone on the streets or in their homes
2-4. The Mayor cannot order mass killings or random raids/kills
2-5. Do not randomly arrest a person
2-5A. If you arrest someone accidentely, notify them in OOC and proceed to unarrest
2-6. Do not warrant/want someone for invalid reasons
2-7. Try not to shoot a person if there wanted, try to arrest first; unless they are hostile or possess a weapon
2-8. The Mayor can only carry a pistol
2-9. Lockdowns should not last longer than 10 minutes
2-10. The Government supplier can only supply to the government
2-12. You cannot KOS during a lockdown
2-13. The Mayor cannot demote an Employee randomly (Must have a valid reason)
2-13A. You may demote for insubordination, failure to uphold laws, breaking the law, etc..
2-14. You cannot order someone to commit a task that would break a rule or is impossible
2-15. You cannot be corrupt
2-16. All government officials must obey speed limits
2-17. By default, you may run red lights, unless the mayor creates a law then you must obey them
2-18. You cannot make driving illegal
2-19. You cannot force people to crouch walk as a law

Mob Groups
4-1. You cannot scam people on blackmarket dealer
4-2. You cannot randomly raid the PD or kill random officials (Must have a just purpose)
4-3. Do not sell weapons to the Government
Doctors / Medics
5-1. You cannot raid with a weapon
5-2. You may shoot someone else in self-defense
5-3. Medics can be wanted for healing wanted or warranted people

Radio Broadcaster
7-1. Do not propblock a radio so you cannot turn it on/off
7-2. Do not place radios in high traffic areas

Misc Info.

8-1. All gun laws are determined by the law boards
8-1A. If no laws are stated on guns then all guns are legal
8-2. You cannot legalize money printers or drugs
Hitman Rules
9-1. You can only accept hits through the hit system
9-2. You cannot kill any player which doesn't have a hit on him/her unless in self-defense (otherwise its RDM)
9-3. You cannot affiliate yourself with one mafia group
