[0:37]C'kayah Tia looked between the two, then downed his drink and gestured for another. "Fuck it, alright. KAGE! KAGE FUKKIN' NUNH! GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE!"
[0:38]Honzo Kage: "N.. Nat is that you?!"
[0:38]Kage Kiryuu: "Guh. 'verything spinning," he slumps against the pillar and squints not sure who said his name. "WHO'VER YER ARE. I AIN'T NUNH!"
[0:38]Natalie Mcbeef shakes her head, "It seems Limsa has done wonders for your Subtlty Kayah."
[0:38]Natalie Mcbeef: "Hey Honzo... You might not want to watch this."
[0:38]Natalie Mcbeef: "You might want to keep an eye on Iron though."
[0:39]Honzo Kage: "Wh.. what, where?"
[0:39]Natalie Mcbeef frowns, "Kage..."
[0:39]C'kayah Tia stood and stomped over to the drunken Miqo'te, grabbing his shoulder and spinning him around. "Look at me when I'm talking to you. Have I ever steered you wrong?"
[0:40]Kage Kiryuu groans, putting a hand to his mouth and wiping at what is probably traces of vomit and blinks as he's spun. He squints. "...who're you?"
[0:40]Kage Kiryuu: "Oh. Ka- I mean C'kayah."
[0:41]Natalie Mcbeef closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, resisting the urge to start yelling herself.
[0:43]Kage Kiryuu blinks... blinks some more seeing who the other miqo'te is with, biting his bottom lip and clenching a small fist. "Ah'see. I already took me stuff out. Ye can do as ye please."
[0:43]C'kayah Tia raised his eyebrows, gesturing at his own chest. "Kage, I may not have been the best example to you, but you ought to listen to me now." The glass moved to tap Natalie's shoulder. "She's a mess. She's been fighting her... imp of the perverse... her whole life. If you want to help her at all, you'll be there for her when she can't be there for herself." He turned to look at Natalie, then, gesturing to Kage with his glass. >>
[0:43]C'kayah Tia: "Nat, Kage here has been struggling to feel like he belongs *anywhere* for as long as I've known him. He's got a little voice telling him everyone is better off if he's gone. If you have *any* desire to help him, don't let that little voice win."
[0:44]C'kayah Tia glowered at Kage as he spoke, his own voice growing quiet but sharp with steel. "And don't you *ever* say anything like that again, Kage."
0:46]Natalie Mcbeef shakes her head, "I'm not sure what else I can do for you Kage." She rubs her brow, "You know I love you, but I don't know if I can give you what you need. You have to believe you belong, and I want you... I can't make you believe it."
[0:47]C'kayah Tia shook his head, scowling at Natalie. "If you think *that's* the way to help him, you've got a lot to learn about people, Nat."
[0:47]Kage Kiryuu blinked and then scoffed. "What're you going to do about it?" He points in between the two of them. "S'example right here. She goes to Limsa and I only know 'bout it cause it was n'order. She executed a criminal under orders and I only hear about it when Roen chews me out for it."
[0:48]Kage Kiryuu: "She doesn't trust me."
[0:48]Kage Kiryuu: "She don't see me an equal."
[0:49]C'kayah Tia: "She thought the same thing about me. You going to let that little demon of hers win, or do you love her?"
[0:49]Kage Kiryuu: "Everything I know about what she's done last few suns was from other people. She went to Limsa without even a 'see you'."
[0:50]C'kayah Tia: "And you packed up and left much the same, Kage. Thal's Balls. Do you love her?"
[0:50]Honzo Kage: "Gods..." Honzo muttered under his breath. This being the second time today he's seen someone from the house spill their business.
[0:50]Natalie Mcbeef shrugs, "I walked into you and Faine making love, It didn't both me because I trusted you." She sighs, "Kage, if getting my calendar and actions would make you happy, you're welcome to them."
[0:50]Kage Kiryuu growls, grabbing C'kayah's shirt in both of his hands, "OF COURSE I DO."
[0:51]Kage Kiryuu blinked and looked at her. "Ye -told- me to! She told me ye wanted it!"
[0:51]C'kayah Tia gripped the smaller man's wrists, his eyes glowering. "THEN FUCKING MAKE IT WORK! DON'T LET ME BE YOUR EXAMPLE WITH HER!"
[0:52]Natalie Mcbeef blinks, "I never told you to... I think she wanted it more than any of us." She tries to untangle the two, "Gods you two not in here."
[0:52]C'kayah Tia shook free of Kage's hands, snarling at the pair. "Just fucking *talk*, will you. This isn't *my* business." He shook his head, his voice softening. "Not anymore, it's not."
[0:53]Kage Kiryuu looks at him, eyes glazed but stepping back. "I wasn't the one who came to ye about it."
[0:53]Natalie Mcbeef groans, "Sorry Kayah..." She triest to lead Kage into the alley, "Let's just talk about it, ok?"
[0:53]C'kayah Tia growled, his voice low and threatening. "Do you know *why* she came to me, Kage?"
[0:54]Kage Kiryuu: "M'guessing she found me note when she finally came back without a word?"
[0:54]C'kayah Tia: "That's right. Just go talk, you two. Make it fucking work, alright?"
[0:55]Kage Kiryuu doesn't fight or protest as she tries to go anywhere.
[0:55]Honzo Kage: "I uh.....just..."
[0:56]Natalie Mcbeef takes a deep breaths, "So, you want to leave, that's it?"
[0:57]Kage Kiryuu wipes at his face, trying to force it into some form of sobriety. He looks at her and answers, "No, I don't." He grits his teeth and says, "But I can't keep living as if I'm not your lover, your equal in everything."
[0:58]Kage Kiryuu: "You asked me once, if I'd stand by you. Monetarist or Royalist. Neither."
[0:58]Kage Kiryuu: "I said of course."
[0:58]Kage Kiryuu: "But now... you never tell me anything except for when you need a sword."
[0:58]Natalie Mcbeef sighs, "Kage, do you think you're my equal?" She scratches her hair, "Not if I treat you as my equal, but if you think you actually are."
[1:00]Kage Kiryuu blinks looking at her, squinting his eyes before furrowing his eyebrows and then scoffed. "That's it. Thank you for telling me how you really feel. You don't think I should even think I am your equal. It's ridiculous for me to even think it right?"
[1:01]Natalie Mcbeef stares at him, "Is it?"
[1:01]Kage Kiryuu: "You never tell me anything about what you do or talk about with Taeros. Then you tell me you think he's ok."
[1:01]Natalie Mcbeef: "That's what I'm asking you Kage."
[1:01]Natalie Mcbeef: "I want your opinion, not what you think mine is."
[1:02]Kage Kiryuu: "I do think I'm your equal. Or... at least I think I am. It sure doesn't feel like it. And ye sure ain't making it feel like I should."
[1:04]Natalie Mcbeef gives a slight smile and leans against the wall, "So... that's worth leaving me over? Without even a talk first?"
[1:06]Kage Kiryuu tilts his head, "We don't seem to ever do much talking do we? It's always "Kage I need to talk -to- you" and it's always about needing my hand or sword handy."
[1:07]Natalie Mcbeef blinks, "Well Kage, maybe you need to say "Nat I need to talk -to- you more often." She shrugs, "As you said, we're equals, you have my time just as easily as I'd have yours."
[1:08]Natalie Mcbeef: "Either way how would I know to talk about it with you if you've never even told me how you feel?"
[1:09]Kage Kiryuu: "Maybe I realized this is how it's always going to be. I can't and won't ever do anything to change you. You've always been this way."
[1:10]Natalie Mcbeef simply stares at him for a moment, "You're sure about that?" She says softly.
[1:11]Kage Kiryuu blinks tears from his eyes, replying just as softly. "It's... it's you and I won't be the one to change you."
[1:13]Natalie Mcbeef takes a deep breath, "So you're not willing to try?" She looks up at the sky for a moment, "I suppose you've already answered that."
[1:16]Kage Kiryuu gives a small shrug, a strange sort of clear-headedness and sobriety in his expression. He took a deep breath, "My respect for you.... my trust in you... When Roen blindsided me about the execution of that prisoner we brought in those were the things that kept me... 'defending' you. But..." He sighs, "It made me realize... or at least it appears to me that you don't trust me at all. Not with the things you talk about with Taeros. Not when you started your schemes to save her."
[1:17]Kage Kiryuu: "I didn't even get so much as a "Going to Limsa! Bye!" from you when you left for Lazarov."
[1:19]Natalie Mcbeef rubs her forhead, "That was selfish of me... I should have told you where I was." She looks up at him, "As for Taeros, do you really want to know what we speak of?"
[1:21]Kage Kiryuu shakes his head, "Natalie. You were the one who told me that you had... stuff..." Oh alcohol. "That you weren't just monetarist or royalist. Ye specifically asked me if I was going to support you. That has never changed."
[1:23]Kage Kiryuu looks at her, some regret in his eyes. "You see? You -don't- trust me. You want to pick and choose what you want to tell me about Taeros and whichever or whoever."
[1:23]Kage Kiryuu: "You just give me a watered down version... If anything."
[1:26]Natalie Mcbeef: Natalie's expression changes, "Fine Kage, I'll lay it out."
[1:27]Natalie Mcbeef: "I don't tell you, because I don't think it's worth it, I only call you when I need a blade because recently that seems all you're interested in doing." She looks at him for a moment, "I don't know what happened to the idealistic young Paladin I knew, but you're not at at the moment."
[1:28]Natalie Mcbeef: "Hells, it was a struggle in and of itself to get you to even give Koporo the barest of memberships."
[1:28]Natalie Mcbeef pokes a finger into his chest, "If you think I'm not recognizing you as an equal, then force me to do so."
[1:29]Natalie Mcbeef: "I'm not going to include you on things out of charity."
[1:30]Kage Kiryuu closes his eyes with a sigh, nodding. "You're right. You're absolutely right. That's why I've already written a notice to give to Captain Jenlyns that I'll be resigning. Then I won't be your equal, ever."
[1:31]Natalie Mcbeef closes pinches her nose, "If that's what you want." She forces out
[1:31]Natalie Mcbeef: "So what, you're just planning to leave me there? In that house?"
[1:31]Kage Kiryuu shakes his head, "You seem to be perfectly fine with everyone there. Iron. Honzo." He pauses. "Franz."
[1:32]Kage Kiryuu: "They'll be better for you than me."
[1:32]Natalie Mcbeef: "As do you.." She shakes her head, "I'll move into another room."
[1:32]Natalie Mcbeef: "Kage don't do this."
[1:33]Kage Kiryuu: "So why do you mke it sound like the house is a horrible thing. There's nothing there that's not yours. Everything has always been yours. Everything."
[1:35]Natalie Mcbeef sighs, "Fine Kage..." She shakes her head, "I think you just  need some time to calm down." She reaches over and grips his shoulders, "I'll move into another room, I'll keep ours how it is."
[1:35]Natalie Mcbeef: "I'll be waiting when you're ready to talk... sober."
[1:36]Kage Kiryuu: "Nothing I haven't thought of while walking from here to the airship to the Wench and back looking for you as soon as Roen tried to chew on my ears."
[1:37]Kage Kiryuu looks at the ground. "Nothing we've talked about has changed the conclusion that I've come to. I won't ever change you. I.... will never be what you want. And maybe you're not ever going to be what I need."
[1:38]Natalie Mcbeef bites her lip, "Where are you planning to stay tonight?"
[1:38]Natalie Mcbeef: "You need to at least sleep it off."
[1:39]Kage Kiryuu shakes his head with a sigh. "I don't think a night's sleep is going to suddenly change anything Natalie." He takes a deep breath. "I've got a room in the inn I've rented for the foreseeable future."
[1:40]Natalie Mcbeef slowly lets go of his shoulders, "Fine..." She shakes her head, "Do what you need to do..." She mutters and walks off
