  3. How long have you been a member on Paragon?: Three years-ish+
  4.
  5. What country do you live in?: America
  6.
  7. What inspires you to become a Staff Member?: To keep it short and sweet, just about what anyone probably wants to do as staff. Help those in need of it, the kind of help beyond a normal player can give. Getting player sunk into their roles and enjoy their character via earned titles and nifty visuals.
  8.
  9. What do you aspire to do as a Staff Member?: I want to be able to help people where it counts really, speed along character applications, keep it orderly in the mall and all that. I don’t really believe paragon needs all that big of change. Not yet at least. I have no huge grandiose plan to revolutionize Paragon. It’s good where it’s at. I would rather people specifically and application reviews.
  10.
  11. What kind of situations do you anticipate dealing with, and how would you solve them?: I doubt there’s a situation I’d delegate to another or shy away from. It’s the responsibility and the principle to be able to deal with a variety of situations. If I have substantial proof of someone harassing another, they’re gone. It’s not cool to sit around and do that. I won't stand for it. If a different situation pops up and it has something to do along the lines of lore or whatever it’s easiest to do the research yourself to come to a conclusion and enact a response. A game of Telephone isn’t the way to settle something like that. A lot of people find it easy to lash out as well, I don’t expect everyone to agree with everything, I don’t expect to not be disliked for some of my opinion on things. If confronted and insulted personally, instead of handling the offense myself I’d feel far more comfortable grabbing a peer to handle it. That in my opinion is the safest way to handle that situation to avoid any unnecessary hiccups.

  13. A staff member has various rights, but also various responsibilities. Outline some of these responsibilities and conduct you should display: A staff member has the responsibility to not only moderate the in game side of this server, but the forums as well. To cease inherently toxic behavior on both fronts. They also provide their opinions on player’s character applications to weed out whether or not players can handle the class, race, title, rank etc. that they are applying for. Same for interior applications as well. The conduct one should showcase is no more than common sense. Be nice, treat the players with respect, and be fair. Give an equal opportunity to defendant and plaintiff.
  14.
  15. What are your thoughts on Paragon as it is now?: It’s pretty good.
  16.
  17. Do you have any past experience as regulating/monitoring/moderating/administrating a community?: I have been officers, moderators, admin etc. etc. for a few guilds in RP and non-rp communities, as well as forums. It’s not foreign but Paragon may prove to be a different can of worms.
