Announcement:

#1: NA West will be a customs off tournament, permanently. It will not benefit into the Playoffs ranking this month, which means Playoffs will be Customs on.   On the other hand, we will be hosting NA West as a Double Elimination event for the circumstances.

#2: We're going to put a foot on the door and ban certain custom moves. We will start by banning :

DONKEY KONG:
Neutral: Storm Punch
Up Special: Kong Cyclone
VILLAGER:
Up Special: Extreme Balloon Trip
PAC-MAN:
Up Special: Meteor Trampoline

#3: Super Smash Flash 2 will be back to being hosted on Sundays at 17:55 EST. On the other hand, it'll still be a Weekly Series next to 3DS/WiiU Doubles being rotated.

#4: Playoffs will benefit of Money prizes as a first announcement!
