  1. I don't have pictures of food I make.
  2.
  3. I love to make up marinades when BBQing, personally favourite is as followed.
  4.
  5. 500gs raw tiger prawns (unshelled)
  6. 1 lemon
  7. A good amount of olive oil
  8. 5-6 cloves of garlic
  9. A couple of chillies
  10.
  11. So, pretty simple to be hones. All to go in a shallow dish that will fit in your fridge to let the flavours infuse.
  12.
  13. Finley chop garlic and chillies and add to the juice of one lemon.
  14. Cut the lemon into quarters and add to the dish.
  15. Add the desired amount of olive oil - I personally like it swimming in the stuff.
  16.
  17. Leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The longer you leave it, the better it will taste. Then simply chuck them on some skewers (4 or so prawns per skewer) and pour over the marinade.
  18.
  19. BBQ for 2-3 minutes on each side and viola, the nicest prawns you will ever taste! The lemon and chilli work so well together and the garlic adds that extra little kick..
  20.
  21. I have never tried to fry them but I am sure you will get the same effect.
