What you must NOT do:
You agree to use the Quantcast Site and the Services only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any and all applicable laws and regulations. While using the Services you will not

You are solely responsible for any User Generated Content produced or provided by you, and you hereby agree not to provide any information that you know or reasonably should know to be false or materially misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or that invades another person’s privacy, infringes the intellectual property rights of another, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
