The polarization shill uses several techniques in order to subvert a group.  The first step is to attack the philosophical underpinnings of the group.  This is done by either linking a philosophically sound idea to an unsound one through false equivalence, or by provoking the group into discarding their philosophy in favor of a group ideology and therefore group identity.  Since ideologies do not need to obey logical rules, this is the ideal outcome for the shill.  This unsound philosophy or ideology is then taken to its most extreme illogical end through other subversive means such as constant repetition.  Once at the extreme illogical end, the group will either have disintegrated, suicidally attacked a larger group, or is ready to be used as a pawn by the subverting elements, which will add or remove ideological positions at whim, as the group identity takes precedence over logic.

This example of groupthink, group polarization and manipulation subversion is commonly seen in communist, sjw, goon and other jew-controlled groups.

Example: For a National Socialist philosophy the healthy existence of the nation is essential so the nation should be protected against attack by opposing groups.  The shill enters and makes a false equivalence that a harmless group is actually harmful.  If the logic of the accusations are questioned, the shill immediately attempts to confuse the issue or attacks the identity/character of the questioner.  All efforts will be made to silence the questioner, as the shill will fail if he is discovered.  Once the questioner is silenced and the false equivalence has been cemented throughout the group, the shill then provokes a heightened sense of hatred and/or paranoia against these groups and attempts to direct all thought and aggression toward them.  Individuals who have been silenced will either quit in disgust or be killed to keep them silent, and the shill will work to cement control to steer the now fully subverted group to his own ends.
