  1. 3:35-4:00 = Genesis player reveals grade 2 unit as starter. Genesis player then adds the card to hand for turn as if they had drawn it.
  2. JD
  3. Ah, yes, my notes have that identified as "CARD 1"
  4. That is going to be the bread and butter of the argument.
  5. However, I have a feeling that there is a lot more that happened afterwards.
  6. In order for swift justice to be employed, I need to make sure that all the facts are covered.
  7. So, any little detail that you may have observed would help in my case.
  8. Timothy
  9. 40:59-41:20~ = Genesis player puts a card from his hand on top of his deck. I talked with a judge at the event, and he claims this was a re-play while the other judge was counting the shield value to ensure it was a 2-to-pass.
  10. JD
  11. Understood.
  12. I have not yet reached that part of the video, but I have noted it
  13. Timothy
  14. 44:45-44:55 = Genesis player takes the triggers (12~ of them) from his drop zone and places them into his Vanguard's soul. This was still cheating, but seemed theatrical, and too obvious to get away with. The judge does catch him, but "laughs it off".
  15. JD
  16. Understood.
  17. Timothy
  18. There were too many instances of smaller infractions, like "player leaving trigger on the playing field." and "instantly moving damage triggers to the damage zone before resolving their effects." I couldn't possibly list all of those.
  19. JD
  20. Wow, there were that many infractions...
  21. Timothy
  22. I remember an attack being declared, then him undeclaring it, then doing something else in his main phase. Should I add that?
  23. JD
  24. ...as previously mentioned, I have not had a chance to look over the whole video yet, but it seems very eventful so far.
  25. yes, that is also important because of verbal confirmation protocol.
  26. Timothy
  27. 46:18 - 47:00~ = Attack was declared by Genesis player. Genesis player then unrests his units after declare the attack, then calls a card from hand to a rearguard circle and uses its ACT ability to soul charge it for bonus power.
  28. 12:00-12:07 = Kagero player retired his guardians before the Genesis player performed his drive check.
  29. Timothy
  30. 13:57-14:02 = Genesis player used Witch of Apples, Cider to "crossride" by putting Angelica into Minvera's soul, but did so at the Guardian step instead of after the battle. It didn't make a guarding difference in this instance, but it was still played incorrectly.
  31. JD
  32. Ok, I am running out of power where I am currently stationed, so I will be AFK for a bit while I try to reposition to a better location.
  33. Everything so far that you have pointed out is good stuff, I just need time and power to make sure it is all put together properly.
  34. Once again, thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.
  35. Timothy
  36. My pleasure. My passion for making sure these games are run fairly and properly runs pretty deep, as I'm sure you know.
  37. 17:00 - Kagero player guarded with a perfect guard by placing the unit he was supposed to discard in the guardian circle with his perfect guard.
  38. 20:35 = Kagero player guards with a Tahr (revealing information from a hidden zone), then retracts his guardian call, and returns it to his hand.
  39. Timothy
  40. 24:24 = Genesis player needs 10000 shield to guard an attack. He was looking through his drop zone, and grabs a trigger from it, and guards with it. Everyone laughs, and the action is undone.
  41. 26:58 = Kagero player guards for two-to-pass. After the first check isn't a trigger, he retires his guardians before waiting for the second check.
  42. Timothy
  43. 30:24 = Genesis player retired their rear guard that was being attacked before the Kagero player did their drive check.
  44. 31:17 = Genesis player guarded with a perfect guard by placing the unit he was supposed to discard in the guardian circle with his perfect guard.
  45. 31:20 = Genesis player then retires both the perfect guard and the grade 3 target from the guardian circle before drive checks are performed.
  46. Timothy
  47. 36:25 = Another instance of the Kagero player guarding with his discard target for his perfect guard. I think I missed one of the Genesis player doing it again. They both did it several times in the game.
  48. Timothy
  49. 36:32 = Kagero player topdecks into Dragonic Overlord the End. Everyone is screaming that he got it. Not sure how that one plays out in terms of rulings, but it was definitely unprofessional, and technically a reveal of information from a non-public zone, even if it was going to be revealed shortly after.
  50. Timothy
  51. 36:58 = Genesis player once again retires his rear guard that is being attacked before drive checking occurs.
  52. 37:58 = Genesis player guards with a perfect guard and his discard target once more. For the first time, actually leaves his guardians on the field for the first drive check. Then retires them after his opponent's first check.
