Email Analysis:

Email Analysis is possible and being used by various organizations and companies. Managing content is about managing risk.

Email analysis is done to do the following Aims.

1. Time Analysis:

1.1 Usage of Email Service at what time of day.
1.2 Usage of Email Service with in all days of a week.
1.3 Usage of Email Service with in all days of Month.
1.4 Usage of Email Service with in all months of year.

2. Size Analysis:

2.1 Top 10 messages of maximum size.
2.2 Top 20 messages of maximium size.

Size of Email is able to tell us how much Replier is descriptive about the solution.

3. People and Mailing-List Analysis. (Newsletters are also included)

3.1 Top Senders. (Top 10, Top 20 , Top 30)
3.2 Top Recipients. (Top 10, Top 20 , Top 30)
3.3 Top Lists:- This Analysis will show how many

Emails user is receiving/sending from

Mail-lists or how many Emails is being received from newsletters.

4. Thread Analysis:

5. Sentimental Analysis:

On the basis of Email Received and Replied it will analyse the sentiments of Sender's as well as reciever's. Sentimental Analysis produces the result in the form of (+Positive) and (-Negative) Strings. In layman's language it tells us either the reply is negative or positive.

This feature is under-development from my side.

Approach:

Presently I have "set of Python Scripts" with me which are able to do First four kinds of Analysis and produced output in HTML format.I have already attached the PNG images showing output of Analysis.

 I am able to write new feature of  "Sentimental Analysis" for you. I am also able to write GUI if you need it but I suggest that  "Alone-scripts"(Without-GUI) will be beneficial for you because you can do Analysis on Server also.
