Gym Leader Testing @

     To become a Gym Leader, one has to pass tests which consists of 3 battles with your chosen monotype; 1 weakness matchup (e.g. if you use fairy mono, you battle poison or steel whereby your tester does super effective hits on you), 1 neutral matchup (e.g. if you use fairy mono, you battle electric mono whereby both types do neutral damage to each other), 1 resistance matchup (e.g. if you use fairy mono, you battle fire whereby your tester resists ur attacks). At the end of each battle, you will get a score. If you defeat your tester you score 6/6 which means you defeated all 6 mons in total. If you lose but get 4 kills you get 4/6 which means you defeated 4 mons in total. At the end of the test you will get your final score /18. The final score must read 15/18 to pass for gym leader. For your weakness matchup you must obtain 4 knock outs of the testers mons.

Prof Testing &

       To be considered for testing for prof you need to ladder on the main showdown server and show proof of a minimum 1500 ELO and a 75 percent GXE. Once this is completed one will undergo a series of two tests choosing two monotypes they are fluent with. The above gym leader testing rules apply so in the end it will be a series of 6 battles just two seperate types. In some cases you can be hand selected for prof if the upper ranks of the league agree to do so all you need to do is provide the minimum ELO and GXE.

Four Seasons

       There is no testing these battlers are hand selected and will most likely come from the prof spot as the champion themselves see fit.
