Only standard length chemicals are allows. Ultra is fine. Each ultra is around 90-100yen. Almost I would recommend 2-4 for almost every song, the recommneded are only if you are their Ps.
If you wish to support normally, the min. 1 is kinda as a minimum guideline. Bear in mind that if you're not using chemicals, its only polite to use your electrical penlights.
