 Tsar Nikolaev II is a man unpreparedly given the great responsibility of leading the Russian Empire. Having inherited the throne from his late father, he finds himself leading in a dangerous time. Lacking the experience himself, he puts great word in his experienced ministers and advisors.
Unrest among the non-human populace continues to build, more so as regrettable events continued to build under his reign. Nevertheless, Nikolaev finds himself able to provide increasingly beneficial political and economic reforms for the people, albeit without relinquishing his own power. Time will tell if he can reform fast enough to subdue the rising unrest.
