  9. Character Info:
  10. Ci'thilix was born to to be a soldier drone, unfortunately however, he was afraid of combat. Much to the displease of the Queen and the other changelings, Ci'thilix would shy back from training, fighting, and even field missions whenever possible. Most (all) of the time, he ended up caught and pushed out to participate, which only made his cowardice more embarrassing and looked down upon as he wasn't incompetent, he could hold his own at the very least.
  11. Ci'thilix, in his desire to avoid this role, started to train his shapeshifting capabilities. His skill didn't progress or evolve any further aside from becoming easier because of the practice. What did arise however, was a new mutation of magic to him. Perhaps he had a latent strand that activated from the magic use, or his emotions to avoid conflict empowered his magic. Either way, one night after a flash of his magic, what was an attempt for shapeshifting instead had him looking at himself. Seeing himself standing in front of him was shocking, panic jumping in for not only him, but himself as well, both of him jumping back. After some time of calming, Ci'thilix realized he made a exact replica of himself. Feeling overjoyed at this, being able to send the clone instead of going himself, he ushered off the new changeling to head to training. The clone however, shared his feelings over combat. His duplicate refused to go, trying to talk him into going instead. An elite overheard the bickering, and this new little talent was reported up to the Queen.
  12. Ci'thilix got his wish for sometime after he was called to meet with the Queen, he was pulled from normal soldier training to work on his new magic. His magic didn't make much progress, only able to make one copy of himself and himself only. What was astounding though was this clone was solid, it was sturdy like it was the real deal, not like most replica spells. The replication magic could be manipulated slightly, but only in the magic the replica could use. Unfortunately, and to the dismay of the Queen, the personality couldn't be fixed. The replica shared the same cowardice as the original, too much of an exact clone. Both the clone and the original would need a push to confront on the battlefield, rendering a strong asset to a low addition. He was rewarded though for his newfound skill: a catalyst was made for him from a fragment of his cocoon, formed into a miniature version of it with magic imbued in the fluid within. A magic foci made from a personal source to help empower his replica creation.
  13. Ci'thilix soon was returned to soldier training to his dismay, and just like before, would avoid it as much as he could, only now he'd be caught fighting with his clone, both trying to get the other to go in their place. After miraculously passing training, Ci'thilix was changed over to the subterfuge squad, with the thought that the lack of direct confrontation would make him more useful, and that his trained shapeshifting with his clones would help him cover more ground and be a better asset there.
