coders can't take care of the server that much, cause they're busy coding. and one person can't take care of the whole chat, members that represent their league in ULA are often much too busy with their league to take care of server matters, there's staff that take care of policy, others of complaints others take care of tournaments being ran and others have official rooms to run.

so you see that much staff is in fact needed.
