In my view, for this exercise to find any strategic alignment with the rest of zyx business process, our management needs to develop a deep understanding of the complex issues that we face with the integration of such a process. The nature of such issues are not just limited to management's lack of oversight and visibility, or to the training of technical staff and the definition of job roles and responsibility, but are highly related to the business department's lack of harmonization and trust in conducting interdepartmental process collaborations such as SDLC. I believe that through such focused efforts we can make our vision of SDLC incorporation a practical reality.
