symlink.in & smurl.in unblock request

symlink(.)in and smurl(.)in is a URL shortening service & any malicious links are not a responsibility of the site in general but of the users who generate such links.
So blocking the whole site is foolishness & uncertainly not legit. At this rate one can even block bit.ly, ow.ly & even goo.gl
Also website is even clean & no malicious code is found:
