  4. Garrett McMillan: I'm a developer and made the site 'shouldabeenberniestickers.myshopify.com'. When the shop was done I set up the domain configuration (seen in the image provided). Easy enough.
  5. Garrett McMillan: However, In the site/domain/account transfer process, somehow, it disabled me and my client from being able to login (seen in the first image).
  6. Garrett McMillan: I contacted you guys (using this same "live help chat") and they couldn't help, forwarding the ticket to the support team. This was 3, now 4, days ago.

Garrett McMillan: I cannot express how frustrating this is not to mention I fear I could lose this client because of this issue after I already put down my own money and days of my time on setting up these accounts, the domain, the emails and this store. That being said, because I bought the domain and am configure this for a client, I was the one to hand over their accounts and email accounts for the domain. Once we ran into this issue I requested they give me their logins back so I can take care of this issue with you right now (cuz I may I transferred the account to them, and didnt want to middle man it)

I don't care if the store has to be setup thought that store name ('shouldabeenberniestickers.myshopify.com') or the one I'm chatting with you now on ('shoulda-been-bernie.myshopify.com') I just want the store up

  30. Garrett McMillan: Just tell me which store to use and if its 'shouldabeenberniestickers', like mentioned above, i need for it to be able to allow me to get to the login page. If its the one Im using now ('shoulda-been-bernie.myshopify.com') then you need to fix the issue that's throwing the "Domain has already been taken" error

Glacy B: I tried pulling up the account the shouldabeenberniestickers.myshopify.com, and it looks like the system marked this as cancelled, though I can't get in to it since it's not verified, if you don't mind can you verify some information in that account so I can get in and remove the domains?

  35. Garrett McMillan: And after this issue I had them return all "@shouldabeenbernie.com" emails until this is resolved

  40. Garrett McMillan: then maybe "team@shouldabeenbernie.com" and ""support@shouldabeenbernie.com" but im pretty sure its "sarah@shouldabeenbernie.com"

  46. Glacy B: Hmm, okay if that is the case, here's what I'm going to do since we can't get into the account, I will have to escalate this issue to our account integrity team and have them move the domains from this cancelled account to the new account you created
  47. Glacy B: Yeah I do understand how frustrating it is, that's why I'm trying to verify it with your so I can do it myself and make it easier for both of you and your client. You losing your client is the last thing I wanted.

  50. Glacy B: I know this is urgent, one reason I don't want to escalate it and do it myself, but if you can't authenticate it with me, I will have to escalate this to our higher tier team
  51. Glacy B: is there anyway for you to ping your client and get the address on file ?
  52. Garrett McMillan: can you send an email to "sarah@shouldabeenbernie.com" or "team@shouldabeenbernie.com" or whatever the account is under and I can verify it from there?
