- The poses for days 1 and 2 can already be applied to a model in the Animation Set editor. It's just like the steps above in the description, except for when you right click the model you would choose Animation>Sequence. A window will popup displaying animation that can be found the animation model for the character. The drawn Huntsman pose is labeled "Stand_deployed_ITEM2". Normally, look through them and find the pose you need, drag the sliders to make them model move or look up/down or left/right to your liking, then click Open. Click the motion editor, then use your arrow keys to advance to a good frame, then drag the "Playhead" procedural slider all the way up. If you aren't doing that last bit, another step to make posters with movement look better is to disable motion blur by right-clicking the viewport and click "Render Settings", uncheck the box next to motion blur, and if you haven't already, change the Depth of Feild box to something around 256 or up (only when you're about to render).
- I could create a pack of the poses that are seen on that page, but they pretty much are already included in SFM (maybe slightly tweaked). It would seem redundant having poses on the Workshop that are already usable. The pose of Sniper holding the Razorback on day 3 and the one of him on the ground with the knife in his back however, will most likely not be in the current files. I can either try to replicate those and export it for you if you need them.
