  1. Cornell's Recommendations:
  2.
  3. Considering the state of the site we intend to use as our headquarters, our operations are a tad... lacking. We need a few basic personnel for convenience around the area.
  4.
  5. High Priority
  6. -------------
  7.
  8. Builders - Carpenters and stonemasons definitely. The ruins seemed in a dreadful state of disrepair, and there looked to be quite a bit of room to build on the ground level above them.
  9.
  10. Fighters - There is no easy way to say this, but we will need a standing army of some sort if we intend to get involved in the upcoming storm. The Sharpedos have been kind enough to stick with us for some time now while they gauge the situation, but they are not on our payroll and not obliged to continue to help. Knowing Sumeru and Tarron, they are likely dealing with the men are the moment as they manage their funds. They can't live, let alone fight, on an empty stomach, and the good graces of the people we saved only goes so far, especially considering the state of wild game in the area and the fact that the refugees lost most of their possessions.
  11.
  12. Financial Advisor - We're going to need money for all of this. A lot of money. And we're going to have use it wisely. We need someone to handle the books.
  13.
  14. Mid Priority
  15. ------------
  16. Strategist - On that note, we will also eventually need a tactician to advise us. None of us fit that description quite well, and even should we officially secure the Sharpedos' help, they are used to small skirmishes, not war. General McGraw might be a good place to start asking.
  17.
  18. Blacksmith - We are appointing Aston as our Forgemaster, and I'm sure this will work itself out somehow. But still... he's only a single boy. He may be able to make weapons and armor for us if pressed, but to give him the job of outfitting an entire army is beyond cruel. Perhaps we could also be on the lookout for someone to ah, further Aston's apprentice training that he started here, and handle large loads.
  19.
  20. Postmaster - In times like these, communication is key. Poor mister Garm seems to be handling a lot of the mail coming and going, but that's hardly the man's actual job. We should see about hiring a dedicated postmaster.
  21.
  22. Runemaster - Lekha seems to have picked up quite a potent skill, hasn't she? To that end, we don't really need a runemaster. Though it would be nice if we could have someone on hand to buy and sell Runes from the convenience of our base.
  23.
  24. Tailor - Metal armor isn't the catch-all of what we'll need. If we have garments that need repairing, for instance, we'd have to outsource all the way to Dulcet if we didn't wish to settle for a quick fix stitch. And given that none of us seem to actually use heavy armor, it's all the more important to have someone on hand for assistance. A leatherworker would be nice, too. Hmm.. Less importantly, they could handle things like if we wanted standards, curtains, or such other things.
  25.
  26. Chef - It doesn't take much to sate a stomach, but truly satisfying it is another story, especially for a larger force. Good food is crucial for a good soul, my mother always said. ...Then again, perhaps she isn't the most shining example of a good soul.
  27.
  28. Garden - If we're going to have food, we need to be able to grow at least some of it. Do we know anyone that's interested in gardening? I'm sure we could plant more than just food, too.
  29.
  30. Low Priority
  31. ------------
  32.
  33. Bath - Seriously. Do I have to explain this one? It's not a necessity, per se, but do any of you really want to go without bath facilities for long?
  34.
  35. Cornell's scrawling has gotten a bit illegible here, but you can make this out.
  36.
  37. 1. Get people.
  38. 2. Build cool base.
  39. 3. ???????
  40. 4. Prophet
