  3. I've created this dispute because after many many times of trying to contact

  5. bought the item, said he'd give tracking etc pretty soon
  6.  
  7. after two weeks of him not giving me the tracking I repeatedly asked for it... he said he was on holiday (3-4 weeks)

  9. after that he kept promising me he would deliver the items and repeatedly apologized and even said he'd throw in a free part
  10.  
  11. I was happy at this first - then I waited even longer and I was done waiting. I threatened to dispute but he quickly apologized and provided some sort of tracking so I thanked him and waited

  13. it is now evident he is a complete fraud, he provided fake tracking and also has a fake name under his Paypal account, I have no proof of this because he only spoke to me over Skype, however I urge you to get him to provide any sort of documentation with his legal name... furthermore, his account that isn't even verified?
