It has come to the attention of Intelsec that activists and civillians have both been subject to a recent period of unrest within the cyber world. The usual sorces outlined in Document B (Ref: 020297-OP067-CIC) are simply contributing factors.

Internet desensitization is at an all time low.
Twitter and Facebook are censoring memes.
The most desensitised groups are becoming under threat from infiltrators and federal presence while other subjective threats remain unchanged.

This marks a massive shift in the global internet conciousness to a remarkable degree. The last time media control was at this level was during Project Mockingbird in World War 2 - when american millitary and federal personell assumed control of all media published within american borders.

All sects are given permission to set up workshops and camps online to assist in mentally preparing the public against the growing disinformation movement.
