- -Players can now Skirmish without being in a queue. (No XP is awarded in Skirmish Mode)
- -Players can now opt-in to fill empty spots in active games while in Skirmish.

- -Blink recharge time increased by 1 second.

- -Deadeye now returns less charge if it expires (30%)
- -Deadeye now returns more charge if it is canceled earlier (base 60%, decreasing after the first second)
- Pharah
- -Concussive Blast knockback reduced at edges.
- -Concussive Blast now blinds targets hit directly for 1 second
- -Concussive Blast now stuns for 1 second on a headshot.(Max Range 20m)
- Soldier 76
- -Biotic Field now heals indiscriminately.
- -Sprint movement speed bonus doubled for the first second (2 second cooldown)
- -Tactical Visor will now target Torbjorn turrets if there are no enemy heroes in sight.
- -Jump height slightly increased
- Reaper
- -Shadow Step no longer considers height for it's maximum range.
- -Shadow Step targeting accuracy made more reliable.
- -Reaper gains invisibility for the last second of Wraith Form.
- -Collecting a Soul Orb now refills 1 ammo.
- Bastion
- -Self-Repair is no longer interrupted by damage.
- -Self-Repair is interrupted and put on a 3 second cooldown if recent damage taken reaches a threshold. (Cooldown also triggers if repair was intterupted by a stun)
- -Self-Repair is no longer interrupted by damage in Sentry Configuration.
- -Self-Repair rate doubled in Tank Configuration
- Hanzo
- -Scatter Arrow fragments now richochet an additional time
- -Scatter Arrow fragments damage reduced per richochet.
- -Uncharged arrows can no longer headshot
- Junkrat
- -Steel Trap and Concussive Mine locations are now more visible to teammates
- -Total Mayhem explosive release radius slightly increased
- -Total Mayhem explosives can now be knocked around
- -Concussive Mines now do less damage until they land
- Mei
- -Consecutively freezing a target now takes longer and longer
- -Mei now jumps out of Cryo-Freeze
- Torbjorn
- -Autocannons now aim for headshots if the target is within 5m.
- -Autocannons can now be given an armor pack
- -Armor Packs now provide the armor over 1 second rather than instantly
- -Slightly reduced range and rate of fire of Rivet Gun.
- Widowmaker
- -Reduced ultimate charge rate
- -Venom Mine location is now more visible to teammates
- -Every scoped shot reduces the charge rate by 50% for 1.5 seconds, stacks.
- -Shots below 25% charge can no longer headshot
- D.Va
- -Defense Matrix duration increased by 1 second
- _Defense Matrix slightly widened
- -D.Va can now melee without interrupting Defense Matrix
- -Ultimate charge rate slightly increased in and out of mech.

- -Barrier Field remaining charge is now more visible to teammates
- Winston
- -Barrier cooldown reduced by 1 second.
- -New Telsa Cannon Alt-fire consumes ammo to recharge a nearby barrier
- --Barriers can be charged above base amount
- --Barriers will not expire while being charged
- -Added visual effect to show teammates remaining duration
- Roadhog
- -Chain Hook's cooldown now resets if it deals the killing blow to a hero.
- -Chain Hook will no longer place enemies on top of Roadhog
- -Take a Breather now plays a slightly louder and more distinct sound to enemies
- Zarya
- -Pulse Cannon now loses charge faster the more it is filled (up to 100)
- -Pulse Cannon can now be charged over 100, but the damage will not increase further.
- -Pulse Cannon becomes a cone effect when at or above 100 charge.
- -Projected Barrier now has a 1 second grace period for line of sight
- -Graviton Surge's area of effect made slightly easier to distinguish
- Lucio
- -Added visual effect to knockback
- -Crossfade self effect reduced by 50% when not Amped.
- -Removed maximum Wall Ride time
- -Crossfade songs are now Amped while wallriding.
- Mercy
- -Guardian Angel is less likely to put you under a platform a teammate is standing on
- -Caduceus Blaster projectile speed slightly increased
- Symmetra
- -Photon Shield cooldown increased to 2 seconds.
- -Photon Shield now blocks for 10% of the targets base health. (Minimum 25)
- -Photon Shield no longer requires line of sight.
- -Photon Shields now remove on hero swap instead of death.
- -Photon Shield is now automatically applied when a teleporter is used.
- -Photon Shield can now be applied to Sentry Turrets (+15 Shield)
- -Ultimate Charge can now be gained while a teleporter is active, adding extra respawn charges.
- -Sentry Turret health increased from 1 to 25. (Armor)
- -Photon Projector alt-fire orb now travels faster the less it is charged.
- -Photon Projector alt-fire orbs now home in on targets effected by a Sentry Turret.
- -Photon Projector primary fire now charges Symmetra's shield based on damage done.
- Zenyatta
- -Orb of Discord visual indicator is now visible to teammates.
- -Orb of Harmony healing rate increases over time up to 60 HP per second.
- --Rate resets on target change or when the target is fully healed.
- -Increased radius of Transcendence
- -Projectiles that come in contact with Zenyatta while using Transcendence now disappear. (Similar to Defense Matrix)
