Tsubaki: Visiting the festival with my beloved daughter...aah what a happy day this is~
Matoi: Oh dad, you're all smiles. Don't relax too much though. There's still bandits around that area.
Tsubaki: Ahaha, that's right~. As expected of Matoi. So reliable~. I'm truly happy you grew up so finely even though we lived apart for so long~
Matoi: Even though we were apart I heard all about father's great efforts. And I thought since my dad is perfect, as his daughter I must do my best...so it's a given I'd grow up finely.
Tsubaki: I see...could this have weighted on your mind and made you worry~.
Matoi: No way. I never thought of it like that. I looked up to dad so I felt it'd be an honor if I could get even a little closer.
Tsubaki: You look up to me? I'm happy...I'm so happy I think I'm going to cry...
Matoi: Hehehe. You're just joking.
Matoi: It can't be! Dad, are you really crying? Why? What's wrong? Don't tell me you are seriously wounded?!
Tsubaki: That's not it...your dad's just weeping with joy...but it's embarrassing so I wish you wouldn't look at my face too much~.
Matoi: Dad....
Tsubaki: I will never let you feel lonely again Matoi. If there's anything troubling you I want you to come to me immediately. You can rely on me...cause I am your dad.
Matoi: Yes. Thank you dad.
