Hitman Absolution Max Ratings

Max ratings in Hitman Absolution:

Because just having Silent Assassin as the best rating like in the previous Hitman games made too much sense, in Absolution there is a total of four different max ratings that are based on the current mission. I go for the max rating in each checkpoint rather than just getting the best rating in each of the 20 main levels. For example in Blackwater Park I go for Shadow in the first checkpoint and Silent Assassin in the second one and completely ignore the total rating.

The max ratings are:
- Silent Assassin: Achievable in checkpoints with a target in them. To get it, you must only kill the target and not get spotted.
- Shadow: Achievable in checkpoints that don't have a target but have evidence in them. To get it, you must pick up the evidence, not kill anyone, hide all subdued bodies and not get spotted.
- Specialist: Achievable in the checkpoints Burning Hotel (Run for Your Life) and Dressing Rooms (Hunter and Hunted). Those two checkpoints have no target nor evidence so higher ratings are not possible. To get it, you must not kill anyone and not get spotted.
- Veteran: Achievable in Gun Shop (Birdie's Gift). This level has evidence in it but the level has a bug in it so you can't get anything higher than Veteran anyway. To get it, try not to kill too many people.

There are also several sections that don't get rated at all, like most checkpoints in the tutorial mission.
