  3. We have reports from an embedded agent that she's afraid her cover is blown. If it is, we need to know for sure so we can pull her out. If it's not, we need someone to get her back on track. She's also mentioned the possibility of being a target for an assassination attempt - if it's true, we need that to get stopped.

  5. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
  6. You're in Ravnica. The entire world is one giant-ass city ruled by ten guilds - each guild deals with two colors of magic.
  7. Our agent's cover story is a Skyknight for the Azorius Senate. We've attached a picture of her, but chances are you'll recognize her on sight. The established safe word to show you're with the Company is "Internet", and when you're ready to make the meet it will happen on the 15th floor of the giant library there. She'll fill you in on her mission parameters as much as is needed.

  9. WHAT YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH
  10. -Your lodgings for a week have been paid for, and you have 50 gold pieces with which to spend on whatever else you need (no, you don't get to keep what you don't spend, and it's not pure gold anyway so you'd lose money on the deal.)
  11. -Your cover has been set up as a guild initiate of the Orzhov Syndicate. You'll find a pendant necklace with a sunburst-looking thing among your supplies, make sure you wear that all the time you're out. If you can, act like a condescending ass to anyone who doesn't have a similar piece of jewelry. Using your magic in public shouldn't be risky, but use some common sense, okay?
  12. -Also enclosed is a white wire bracelet. If things are really well and truly fucked, smash that - you'll be able to explain what's going down to us and we'll work with you to see what help we can get you. They're surprisingly expensive to make, so make sure you really don't have any other options before using this, okay?

  14. WIN//LOSS CONDITIONS
  15. If our agent's cover is intact and all assassination attempts are successfully thwarted, it's mission accomplished, and you'll get a perk or two.
  16. If our agent has been made and outted before you can get to her, there's not much you could have done to fix it so you won't be held responsible for anything.
  17. If everything is fine and something happens while you're there that keeps the mission from being successful, then it's mission failure. Depending on how viable it was for you to stop it, you may or may not be held responsible.
  18. And of course, if you decide to attack our agent or blow her cover deliberately, you're fired. Seriously, we shouldn't have to spell this out.
