Daisy Package = 1 VIP Point earned per hour
Rose Package and higher = 2 VIP Point's earned per hour

Implement a "Music Folder" system
Donators can upload and play their own songs in game.
Rose Donator package gets a folder to upload 10 songs
Venus Fly Trap Donator package gets a folder to upload 20 songs

Other options for VIP Purchase
Make an option to buy Materials in 5k, 10, 20k, and 50k amounts
Make an option to buy level 5 skill in one job, multiple jobs, or all jobs
Make an option to buy chems/Crack in large amounts, 50, 100, and 250 gram amounts

Implement Special guns
Only suggesting things, here. im not sure what is "scriptable" and what isnt..as ive never scripted anything. Only making suggestions based on what ive seen from special guns on another server
As far as mats and prices, i suggest 5-10 times the amount of normal mats and cash to purchase

Desert Eagle of Extra Damage (Deagle with 10 hp extra damage added to each shot)
Desert Eagle of Quickening (deagle with faster firing rate)
Shotgun with Slug Rounds (extends the range of the normal shotgun round)
Shotgun of Death (1 in 10 shot to kill someone in one shot)
Tec9 of Health (when shooting a victim it steals HP from them and gives it to you)
UZI of Armor (when shooting a victim it steals AP from them and gives it to you)
m4 of a higher caliber (m4 will do double the damage of a normal m4 with each hit)
ak47 of extra ammo (ak47 has double the ammo of a normal ak47 in each clip)
Spas12 of no reload (removes reload from spas, give it endless shooting power)
Sniper of 50 prowess(Will kill anyone shot in the head in one shot)
