<Nira> The sky was dark, the moon hidden by overhead clouds, leaving the forest in a murky, ink-like hue. Shadows seemed to dance in the perfect darkness, an occasional gust moving the branches of thickly-covered trees. There were little sounds in the territory, though despite the ominous look of the forest it felt almost peaceful, the gentle breeze releiving some of the humidity that laid upon the land.
<Nira> A bright shape slipped through the trees and brush, standing out against the darkened landscape. It's furs were an odd coloration, a light grey with small streaks of black slipping through the thick pelt. It moved slowly, a speed that made it look gangly and lame. With long legs and a thin, lithe looking body, it looked as if motion were its only task, the creature's body streamlined and built for
<Nira> speed. With perked ears and an alert, silvery gaze, the creature, now recognized as a wolf, moved through the trees and brush, focused on only one task: finding a new home. She had picked up a scent of wolves, and wanted to try her chances with a new pack. So she continued on her journey in the cover of night, prepared for anything.-
