2: Ul'Dah Gate of Nald (11,8)->East (28,17) or South (20,11)
3: Old Gridania (10,8)->Coerthas (30,8) or (16,20)
4: Same as 3 (10,8)->Mor Dhona (26,11) or (33,11)
