I have taken note of your email. This is a 4 1/2 Furnished Apartment close to all shops and amenities. The apartment is very clean like the pictures it was occupied by my daughter. Rent is $ 700 with charges included (heating, hot water, electricity, high speed internet and wifi, phone, cable TV, 5 Electro, parking etc.). The reason for the possible hiring is not to leave the apartment empty and not maintained since my daughter who occupied the apartment just joined me in Paris (France) within the framework of these studies for a period of 5 Years.
