Hi, I'm emailing about my child's Club Penguin account Sckullman12. My son tells me his penguin account was banned for "inappropriate talk". He's very upset about it and claims that he never said anything bad, but I'm not sure he's being totally truthful, so I'd like to apologize if he offended any other Club Penguin users. I gave him a long talk about the language he uses online and why it's important to be respectful of others. I think he really understands now what he did wrong and I'd like to know if it's possible for the ban to be removed from his account. He truly does miss his penguin and he definitely won't be saying any bad words now that he knows what the consequences are. However if necessary, I will keep his account on the ultimate safe chat mode that I noticed under the parent settings. Let me know if the situation can be fixed. Thanks
