#Leech rules:
- All floors cost 3M RSGP each (except for 57+ which are 4M RSGP each)
- In case of an ingame event of bonus EXP (Bonus EXP weekend, 2x DG weekend, etc), prices will be raised accordingly
- A refund is given if the floor is 30 minutes or longer (29 minutes 59 seconds is not a refund, but 30 minutes 0 seconds is)
- If a leech messes up the floor due to being AFK for emotes, levers, or portals, no refund (this is because emotes can end up being the only path, and the keyers are just wasting their time)
- If a skill door cannot be done due to too low levels, eg 103 mining when highest level on team is 85, nothing can be done about it
- If a map is not completed (13% bonus doors), a 1 minute penalty per percent applies. Example: if a map is 25 minutes with 8% bonus, that is a refund (25 minutes + 5 minutes from the penalty = 30 minutes)
- What is to be done in the rare occasion that the keyer(s) highlight the leeches to end, and they don't respond, causing the floor to be over 29 minutes and 59 seconds: look at the exact second that the leech(es) were highlighted. Find the time elapsed (in seconds) between highlight time and end time. Subtract (time elapsed - 15), that is, if that result is greater than 0, from the floor time and use the modified time as your guideline; this in effect gives the leeches 15 seconds to end before the time starts to count against them

Various discounts/promotions:
- 5 floors for 13M (must pay all at once). Cannot be combined with any other offer.
- 29 c1s for 13m (must pay all at once). Cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Every week there will be a random day selected (not given out); on that day, the topic will be changed to notify you that the day is that day. On the selected day, all floors are 20% off. The day will begin at Jagex time and end at Jagex time (midnight to midnight). Time is based on start time of DG for the start of the event and start time of DG for the end of the event. All refund/time rules apply. This promotion only applies to frequent leechers/idlers, not people who join the channel purely for the 20% off. Rank discretion for who qualifies. Cannot be combined with any other offer. The day will not fall on the weekend mentioned below.
- Every month there will be a random weekend selected (not given out); on that weekend, topic will notify you it's the weekend. On the selected weekend, floors will be discounted to 25% off. This promotion only applies to frequent leechers/idlers, not people who join the channel purely for the 25% off. Rank discretion for who qualifies. Cannot be combined with any other offer. This weekend will not fall on the day mentioned above.

To be a keyer: you need all of these:
- 1 sub 21 (any floor with 3 leeches)
- 2 sub 18 (occult or warped with 2 leeches)
- 3 sub 16 (occult or warped with 1 leech)
- 1 sub 13 (any floor with any amount of leeches)
- 2 refs from current keyers (approval does not count)
- Approval from Chives, M1ni, Zappy, Justin-, or Lx
- 80+ all stats
- Suicide binds (2h sword, gaunts/boots, hexhunter, blood neck, etc. Plate is only non DPS bind allowed)
Notes:
1.) For every 1% bonus not acquired, the time is increased by 1 minute
2.) The leecher(s) must have the Leecher title. Least harmful will not cut it. If a leech messes up the title via RuneCrafting, skilling, fighting in GDs, tough luck
3.) The leechers' levels have to be within reason (no level 3s)
4.) All maps need to be 5:5 difficulty and large (goes without saying)
5.) One screenshot = one requirement. A 12 minute 1 leech does not count for two requirements. You pick which one it does count for

To be a suicider/honorary member: you need all of these:

- 2 sub 18 (occult or warped with 1 leech) - you must key these
- 1 sub 15 (any floor with any amount of leeches) - you must key these
