Black-hearts and 22-3 documentary

The Blackhearts have aligned themselves with the 22-3, the negotiations  went extremely well on both there behalf
The Blackhearts will support and fund the 22-3 aslong as if they so desire supply soldiers to them. IN another beneficial way the Blackhearts also received land by the 22-3 in Italy about 1/3 of it, allowing them to build some of there factories and manufacturing Plants. They are also able to govern over that land but 22-3 still have authority over that land.22-3 will receive for support and they will not change there way of how they govern, this is ok to the Black hearts as they will supply them the requested,food,armor,weapons,ammo,clothing,and even assist on there settlements in the other parts of italy.they will also open up market margins and assist 22-3 enconomy, as well as supplying 50% of there advance zealot units if they so need so.
