Abom gains increased armor, magic resistance, and health regeneration.

Additionally his abilities will effect his targets with Frostbite, slowing their movement speed.

Ice Blast [Skill 1]
Abom blasts a powerful ball of cold water at a target. Upon hitting a champion or reaching max range, the ball explodes, dealing damage and freezing to form a wall.

Yeti Leap [Skill 2]
Abom leaps to a target location, dealing magic damage around him. Targets affected with Frostbite are stunned briefly.

Snowstorm [Skill 3]
Abom calls a powerful snowstorm to his aid. In the snowstorm he gains a shield that protects him from damage and his strikes deal bonus magic damage around his target and Frostbite.

Polar Wrath [Skill 4]
Abom draws in polar winds around him. After a delay, Abom will release the polar winds, dealing massive damage to enemies around him, and slowing their movement speed. Enemies affected by Frostbite will be stunned.
