SmartDVB 0.4.0 RC final updated 2015

For all smart DVB user's
The last repacked for smart DVB has some missing folder and file in the installation process,
For that I was reviewed the repack and fixing the issue.
Now the installation folder is setting to be use it for setting & plugins
(C:\Program Files\smartDVB).
Also I had checked the SmartWebIF for working with the App fine.
There was missing folder which use the ffmpeg.exe for steaming, this issue was fixed.
Also the register filters for the App has solved.
The size of repack will be increased from 17 MB to 25 MB.
