[Warning: I am speaking my opinion and am looking for an intellectual response, do not delete as I'm not targeting anyone)
Morning/Evening uC Community,

There's been a few things that have happened here at uC, and I am truthfully looking for answers as to why these things are happening. What happened? Why did they happen? Where are we going as a community now?

The first few questions I'd like answered specifically from high administration only.

During the course of my absence and inability to be active on the server (due to real life) I felt like trying to log on the server today and enjoy a bit of time roleplaying as the under-sheriff. I immediately login on the forums to find out I've been permanently banned by Outlaw (A former owner that has returned as a developer).

What? Let me say that again.

I logged into the server and community I've been playing on for the past two and half years (more) to find out I've been PERMANENTLY banned? F-For what? I've been gone and haven't been able to contribute in positive or negative ways?

1. Why was I banned from the forums?

Upon seeing that I was banned from the forums, I go to Teamspeak, a place I casually try to strike conversation with the members of the uC and in hopes of finding out why I was banned. I login, see that my tag personal tag, along with my brothers has been modified and the advisor channels near the bottom of the teamspeak are empty (They're usually full, so I'm guessing something went down that was extremely ill)

I go to have my dinner for the evening and return back just in the knick of time to see myself being dragged from my channel to the channel consisting of Project Leads and Developers. (No Administrative staff besides Joel)

Ollie, Joel, Outlaw, and Ben Wookie.

Upon first conversation, I say "Good Evening" and am immediately hit with "I find your description offensive" from Ben Wookie. I was caught off guard, it's been my description for months.

The description was "I advised you to not be a fucking retard, and you chose to be a fucking retard". It's been an inside joke, and a common saying that I use on a regular basis as a JOKE.

I've also seen this "tactic" used before, and knew I was probably going to be banned here any minute as the player was actively searching for a reason to ban me. I've been an administrator here almost the entire time, way back since UGC started up. I've spent countless hours, days, and time assisting making uC what it is today.

When Mok first left (Took all the donation money as well), I was one of the first players that donated money (along with Benjamin Williams) to help get a Teamspeak and Server started for uC, I find it a strike to heart that I'm being targeted by the people in charge at a place I used to call my home for gaming.

I ended up being banned by Outlaw for breaking "Community Rule #1", in the reason he stated it was signed off by Redant, Ollie, and Ben.

Redant and Ollie never signed off on that ban, and Redant had me unbanned moments after (Thank you).

2. Why is this happening? Why am I, and my friends (despite their attitudes towards the decisions red makes) being targeted and now being banned for a place we've cradled and made come to life in the past three years?

Apparently, banning the old administration is their solution? I don't know; I'm confused and looking for answers as to why the following members are banned.
Nico, Johnson, Devin, Elijah Williams, Benjamin Williams, and more.

3. As above, why are they banned? Some weren't even involved with what was going on, some haven't been on? It doesn't matter, they've been here for a long time and have only helped the community. Why permanently remove someone just because their opinion differs from yours? (This is directed to whoever is authorizing these bans, I don't know who it is).

I've heard conflicting stories, and am searching for the answers.

My primary goal of this post is to hash out differences, and find the solutions to the problems so my friends can be unbanned and we can continue to play at uC.
