>"you still love me though, don't you?" it said as it's bones rattled, it's skeletal wings unfurling

-Cadance skeleton is fine for me.

>with a flap of its bone wings, the creature was now in your bed with you
>"I'd smile, but well, you know..."
>you stared on in horror at the abomination as it neared
>your back was to the wall
>you curse at yourself for sliding the bed up against it now
>it's skull stared at you
>those deep, darkened holes fixed on you
>it moved closer
>"Come on Anon, give me a hug"

-Hugging skeleton Cadance is the only choice.


>you slowly push your hands out in front of you
>you wanted to throw this monstrosity out of your bed
>but you froze
>in fear
>the form's skeletal hooves extended towards you
>what was formerly a princess moved nearer
>then it made contact

>Cadence's bones were freezing
>the hooves wrapped around you

>you look to your left
>you see a few of her bones lying on the bed sheets

>you turn to the other side

>you grab the skull
"Cadence, you having trouble keeping yourself toge-"

>well, ants
>all over and in her skull
>you look down at yourself
>they're ALL OVER YOU
>and your BED
>you quickly jump form your bed, the poor mare's bones rattling to the floor
>she may have a few broke ribs now...
>you start dusting these ants off you and Cadence's skull
>they all up in your bed
"Cadence!"
>you shout at the skull
"You up?"

>you start to breathe faster

"CADENCE!"
>her head jerked up from the pot
>chocolatey bits and marshmallows stuck to her snout
>"ANON!" she said with excitement
>her eyes went to the skull in your arms
>her eyes turned to pinpricks
>her horn lit up with a pink magic aura as her head went back into the pot
>the skull was enveloped in a pink aura as it started rattling
>"Anon, pay no attention to the beautiful mare on your couch"
>you just stared, dumbfounded

>the skull started talking again
>"That's not me. She's a figment of your grief-riddled mind. That's Chrysalis. Um, you're drunk. There's nothing there. Solar winds, tape delay..."
>you glanced from the skull to the mare

>she meekly lifted her head from her cereal
>"Did I getcha, Anon? Huh?"

>This was just one of her jokes...
>You just started shaking your head back and forth, trying to comprehend her practical joke
"How did-"
>"Its a fake!" she said with a grin, bits of cereal in her teeth
>"I'm made of sugar!" the skull stated
>that explains the ants
"Where were you..."
>"I was under your bed the whole time!"
>she got off the couch and headed towards you
"...why?"
>"because!"
>she wrapped her hooves around your front
>"I love you, anon" the pink mare said
>a skeletal pair of hooves wrapped around you from your back
>"and I love you too" the skull said from your arm
>you just looked down at her
>and returned her hug
