  41. Tactics: Neils is a cunning and ruthless bandit captain, using his spells and tactics to gain the upper hand in combat. He prefers to stay at a distance and hurl fire bolts or other spells at his enemies, using his scimitar only if necessary. If he's outnumbered or cornered, he'll use burning hands or fireball to deal massive damage to multiple enemies at once. He's also not above using his charm and deception to manipulate others to do his bidding.
