Last week Dem, Poro and Rainier went to Ilium, only to find it had disappeared. A certain halfling butler approached them on behalf of the employer, promising a final payment in exchange for destroying an item (currently held by Poro), a golden egg somehow related to the gigantic Great Dragons of old. This egg can only be destroyed in certain locations.

The group managed to salvage some journals from the crater that was left. They contained a lot of of useless citation and evidence that wasn't actually helpful but does verify everthing contained in the hournals. They describe a few locations of interest:

* King Henry of Dalmatia. The journals describe the monarchs of Dalmatia as having an unusual connection to the egg. He might have information as well as a way to destroy it.

* The Underworld of Samothrace. It's said that anything taken too far down into the earth here will be lost forever to the "utter dark." The Apokria, the university city of Samothrace, might also contain information on the egg.

* Scythia has no formal universities of its own, but there are scholarly dragons who take an interest in anything relating to their Great Dragon ancestors.

* The city of Peleskis on the western side of the Mithril Coast, where magical beings walk the streets and an ordered chaos rules.

* The Temple of the Firekeepers in Melisera, the capital of the Pompish Empire, who are said to take precious things from people to feed their sacred fire.

* The University of Melisera. This is a distant location and hard to get into, but it might contain information on the egg.

* An island far to the west called the Border Isle, where time is distorted.

* The home of a creature that lives in the southern ocean that is said to be as old as the Great Dragons.

* The southern continent of Nagach, with temples staffed by priests who know everything about the world.

* The Gumanāmī river in Lakshema, far to the east, which flows into oblivion.
