- - Maintaining a Site -
- 1. Add and remove PCs and Overseers as needed.
- 2. Check that the Race and Skill (example E+2) (check //derpy.me/maqy3 for skill level) is correct for each name.
- 3. Check that the PC Workers field is correct, a half-day worker counts as 0.5
- 4. Make sure there is at least 1 Overseer per 6 Workers.
- 5. Calculate the Bonus. Every Earth Pony adds +1, every skill level adds +0.5, boni from half-day workers is halved.
- - Adding a Site -
- 1. Insert a row at the bottom of the list. (right-click the number at the far left of the empty row between the list and the Test entries. Select 'Insert 1 Above')
- 2. Add the Name of the site, the Type of site, and the Resource handled.
- 3. Add a Max number of simultaneous workers, if applicable.
- 4. Expand the 'Production per day' formula to the new row (select an existing field in the J column, click-and-hold use the little square at the lower left corner of the selection box and drag to expand to your new row)
- 5. Add notes (if any) and the tools used in the appropriate fields. A + sign at the end of a tool means that it works in concretion with the following tool. For example 'Power; weak+ Bellows+ Furnace+' means that the furnace is fed by the bellows which are powered by a weak source.
- 6. Calculate the Tool Multiplier. See //derpy.me/qndlx for the multiplier of a tool. Tool combinations such as powered tools are calculated by multiplying the multipliers. For example 'Power; weak+ Bellows+ Furnace+' makes 2 (Weak power) * 2 (Bellows) * 2 (Furnace)
- 7. Add the material Multiplier. See //derpy.me/qndlx for the multiplier of a material.
- 8. Determine the Logistics Multiplier. This represents how much work it is to get the resource back to town. 1 means that all the work can be used for gathering the resource. 2 means that the time required to get the resource back to town is the same as the time spent gathering the resource. 3 means that the time required to get the resource back to town is twice as much as the time spent gathering the resource. Etc.
